This policy describes how RDS Plus Ltd (“360 Rentals”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our fleet management platform and marketing website.

We process data under contract, legitimate interest (platform security, analytics, support), legal obligation (record keeping), and consent (marketing communications where applicable).
We may share data with trusted processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment providers) under contract. We do not sell personal data. Disclosure may occur if required by law or to enforce our agreements.
Data is primarily stored in the UK/EU. Where transfers occur outside these regions we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Account and operational data is retained for the duration of the customer contract and for up to seven years afterwards for legal or audit purposes. Marketing enquiries are retained for up to 24 months.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data. You may object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Contact support@rdsplus.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK ICO.

These Terms govern access to and use of the 360 Rentals platform provided by RDS Plus Ltd (“360 Rentals”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms, any applicable Order Form or subscription agreement, and our Privacy Notice. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
We supply fleet management software modules including 360 Rentals Admin and the MyRental Drivers App. Features include rental billing, PCN tracking, compliance dashboards, driver document management, vehicle inspections, and reporting.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping, or using the service for unlawful activities.
We target 99.9% uptime excluding planned maintenance. Support is provided via support@rdsplus.co.uk and 01908 893 570. Incident response follows our published runbooks.
Fees are set out in the relevant subscription or Order Form. Charges must be paid within the specified payment terms. Late payments may incur interest and suspension of access.
All platform components, branding, and content remain the property of RDS Plus Ltd or its licensors. Customers retain ownership of their uploaded data.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and only use it to perform their obligations under these Terms.
Processing of personal data is covered by our Privacy Notice and any applicable Data Processing Agreement. Customers are responsible for the lawfulness of personal data they submit.
We provide the platform “as is” except where expressly stated. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid during the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Subscriptions continue for the term stated in the Order Form. Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within 30 days. Upon termination, we will make data exports available for 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
